Access to and/or use of the tienda.little-cars.es website confers on the user the condition of user, accepting, from that very moment, fully and without any reservations, these general conditions, as well as the particular conditions which, where appropriate, complement, modify or substitute the general conditions in relation to certain services and contents of the website.
II.- Use of the website, its services and contents:
The user undertakes to use the website and its services and contents without contravening current legislation, good faith, generally accepted uses and public order.

- The non-fulfilment by third parties of their obligations or commitments in relation to the services provided to users through the website.
VI.- Duration:
The duration of the provision of the website service and services is indefinite.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, THE OWNER reserves the right to interrupt, suspend or terminate the provision of the Website service or any of the services that comprise it, under the same terms set out in the third condition.
VII. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:
These General Conditions shall be governed by Spanish legislation.
LITTLE ELECTRIC CAR ESPAÑA, S.L. and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit themselves to the Jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the user's domicile for any questions that may arise or actions that may be exercised derived from the provision of the Web service and of its services and contents and on the interpretation, application, compliance or non-compliance of what is established herein.
In the event that the User is domiciled outside Spain, LITTLE ELECTRIC CAR ESPAÑA, S.L. and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the Jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of VIGO.
USE OF COOKIES
The website LITTLE ELECTRIC CAR ESPAÑA, S.L. may use cookies when a USER navigates through the websites and web pages of the WEBSITE. The cookies used by the WEBSITE are only associated with an anonymous USER and his/her computer and do not provide the name and surname of the USER.
Thanks to cookies, it is possible to recognise registered USERS after they have registered for the first time, without them having to register on each visit to access the areas and services reserved exclusively for them.
